Après s’être fait taper durement sur les doigts par la FAA, l'EASA, etc...et une interdiction de certaines Cies Thaïes de desservir les USA et /ou le Japon et Singapour, la DCA a fait des efforts et a fini par sanctionner certaines Cies .. c'est içi :

Les compagnies aériennes qui n'ont pas réussi à respecter les normes internationales de sécurité incluent les transporteurs nationaux à faible coût tels que
Orient Thai Airlines,
Thai VietJet Air
Siam Air Transport.
Le reste, principalement les avions charter et les transporteurs de fret privés, sont Mjets, K-Mile Air, Jet Asia Airways, AC Aviation, Siam Land Flying, Asia Atlantic Airlines, VIP Jets, H.S. Aviation, Advance Aviation et Skyview Airways.

Bravo, tu peux avoir un accident du moment que c'est a l'interieur de tes frontieres ?
Ou tu remplis les critetes de certification ou non. Si c'et non, l'AOC doit etre retire. La Thailande es member de l'OACI et doit appliquer la Convention qu'elle a signee. .. Mais bon ca c'est la theorie.

La DCA s'est fait taper sur les doigts grave pour n'avoir rien fait depuis des décennies...Oui, décennies.... Même la Cie Nationale s'est retrouvée interdite de vol vers les USA, ( ça tombait bien, elle était en train de recentrer son réseau sur l'Europe
....) Nokair le poids lourd de la Low cost s'est vu interdire des rotations sur le Japon..( ses pilotes refusaient de passer les contrôles en ligne..: le PDG les as tous viré sans préavis. Seuls ceux qui ont accepté de passer les tests ont été repris....etc...
Le "navigation act" qui gère l'aviation civile et qui est toujours en vigueur et au programme du CPL et donc sert de base aux examens , date de ........2497 année de bouddha soit 1954 AD
et donc de 63 ans puisque nous sommes en 2560 ....

(3) The Air Navigation Act (No. 3) B.E. 2492; and
(4) All other laws, rules and regulations to the extent that they are
inconsistent with or contradictory to the provisions of this Act.
Section 4.2 In this Act,
“Convention” means the Convention on International Civil Aviation
done at Chicago on the 7th day of December B.E. 2487, including Annexes thereto and
amendments to the Annexes or the Convention;

“Aircraft” includes all machines that derive support in the atmosphere
from the reaction of the air except for objects which are exempted under the Ministerial
Regulations;
“Transport Aircraft” means an Aircraft used or intended to be used for
transporting goods or passengers for the purpose of remuneration;
“Private Aircraft” means an Aircraft used or intended to be used for the
purpose of non-remuneration;
“Foreign Aircraft” means an Aircraft registered and having nationality in
accordance with a foreign law;
“Parachute” means a parasol-shaped device used to retard the fall of
human beings, articles or animals from the height by the resistance of the air;
“Product” means an Aircraft, Major Aircraft Appliance, Aircraft
Replacement Part, Standard Part or TSO Article as the case may be;
“Airframe” includes the structure of an Aircraft but does not include a
Major Aircraft Appliance;
“Major Aircraft Appliance” means an Engine, a Propeller and other
appliances of an Aircraft designated by the Technical Commission;
“Engine” means a machine used or intended to be used for propelling an
Aircraft, and includes a part, equipment and an engine appliance, excluding a Propeller;
“Propeller” means a device for propelling an Aircraft that has blades on
an engine-driven shaft and that, when rotated, produces by its action on the air, a thrust
approximately perpendicular to its plane of rotation, and includes a part, equipment or a
control component, but does not include rotating airfoils of engines and the main or
auxiliary rotor of a helicopter or other Aircraft having similar characteristics as those of
a helicopter;
“Aircraft Part” means an Airframe, part of an Airframe or part of a Major
Aircraft Appliance;
“Aircraft Replacement Part” means an Aircraft Part produced for
installation on an Aircraft or for replacement of an Aircraft Part as specified in a Type
Certificate;
“Standard Part” means a part produced pursuant to standards certified
under the law on industrial product standards or pursuant to standards established by a
foreign organization which are designated in a notification by the Technical
Commission as standards for Aircraft Parts under Section 34, paragraph two;
